There is no doubt that the Booth Museum is quirky and it will inspire anyone with a love of natural history. Founded as a Victorian collector’s private museum, the Booth Museum now brings natural history to life with interactive displays and ‘hands on’ activities.

M, T, W, F, Sat 10am-12pm & 1:15pm-5pm. Closed Thursdays. Open 2-5pm Sundays

Whilst the museum is wheelchair accessible, and all on one level (once inside), step-free wheelchair access is via the rear entrance. See the museum's accessibility statement for further details.   

PLEASE NOTE: The museum closes from 12:00-13:15 daily. Not to worry - a great opportunity for a picnic lunch and play in the park opposite!

There is a small gift shop at the front of the museum, full of pocket-money treats.
