The shorter route around the pond (see map) is better-suited to young cyclists.

Follow “Dizzy the Ditchling Dragonfly” to discover a range of habitats - from open water to grassland and mature woodland - on this nature trail.

Choose from 0.5 mile or 1 mile (1.6 km) routes  ​

The trail is well way-marked and the extra wide kissing gates enable pushchairs and bikes to pass through easily. Sussex cattle can often be seen grazing on the trail.

Dogs are welcome but must be kept under control at all times. There are plenty of bins located in the vicinity of the car park.
