Follow the 'Peace Path' (opposite main car park) to safely view the cliffs and red and white Lighthouse. The 'Peace Path' is a 750 m circular route on a firm and even surfaced track with no gates, stiles or steps. It is suitable for people with impaired mobility, wheelchairs, mobility scooters and pushchairs.

Adjacent to the main car park, the Countryside Centre provides information about the geology, natural and general history of Beachy Head.

Toilets are located in the car park

If you fancy a longer walk, then the coastal path to Belle Tout lighthouse and Birling Gap (4.3 km each way, see map) over open chalk grassland is stunning! It is suitable for pushchairs, but not wheelchairs. NB: There are steps to reach the Visitor Centre, cafe and shop at Birling Gap.

Be aware of the unfenced cliff edge. It is recommended that dogs are kept on a lead.
