UPDATE JULY 2025: Unfortunately, due to financial presssures, the Splash Pad has not been turned on this season.
Playgrounds are located at each end of the lake. The Splash Pad (adjoining one of the playgrounds) features a whole host of water jets, sprinklers and fountains.
Home to a great cafe/restaurant 'Princes Perch Cafe' run by the same people as The Perch, Lancing.
