Option 2: Rowfant to East Grinstead
The route begins in the free car park opposite the old station in Rowfant. From here simply follow the signs to East Grinstead. You can travel right to the end of the path or just as far as you and your family are comfortable with, before turning round and heading back the way you came.
It is necessary to travel through a few residential roads as part of this route. Be assured that these are generally quite quiet, and should not prove too much of a challenge to negotiate with your family. See map for the route through residential roads.
Whilst you could also undertake the trail on foot, the flat route is definitely more interesting on wheels.
